Cairn joined ESP earlier this summer and being involved in a number of sports across his competing days he makes a great addition to the team with a variety of experience in Sports Performance and Sports Massage.
Completing a HND in Coaching and Developing sport in 2017 at Dumfries and Galloway College, he gained an unconditional entry to the University of Stirling to Study Sport and Exercise Science where he has freshly graduated with honours in 2021.
Cairn played rugby as a youth and competed in BUCS Rugby with the University of Stirling Rugby Team. It was at this time he began finding an interest in biomechanics and injury prevention.
After completing his studies he obtained his Level 3Β in Sports Massage Therapy to aid in his journey into Physiotherapy. Cairn enjoys spending time in the gym, weightlifting and supporting our associated rugby club Stirling County Rugby Football Club.
Cairn is excited to begin his journey into physiotherapy with the ability to treat soft tissue injuries to aid the repair process to improve physical performance at any level.
