ESP Plus is the alternative: a physiotherapist who knows your body, sees you every month, and catches the small things before they become big ones. It’s built for people who’d rather stay well than keep getting fixed.
Most people wait until pain stops them in their tracks before booking an appointment — but regular treatment is the secret to staying ahead of injuries.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
What you get every month
A 45-minute session, every month – A full appointment with the practitioner of your choice – the same physio who knows your history, your training and your goals. Use it for treatment, maintenance, or working on something new.
Priority booking – Something flares up? Members go to the front of the queue. We’ll find you a slot as quickly as we can – you’re not waiting behind the general diary.
20% off everything else – Sports massage, Shockwave therapy, extra physiotherapy, and every other service we offer. Whenever you need more than your monthly session, you pay 20% less than everyone else.
VALD testing in your sessions – no surcharge – Force plate and dynamometer testing measures exactly what’s happening in your body instead of guessing. Members can have VALD testing built into their monthly session at no extra charge.
A full VALD screening every year – included – After three months of membership, you’re entitled to one full 60-minute VALD athlete screening a year – the complete workup, normally £99 – included in your membership.
VALD testing and screenings take place at our Grangemouth and Edinburgh clinics.

It’s a good fit if you:

- Are finishing a course of treatment and want to protect the progress you’ve made
- Simply want a physio in your corner, on hand when you need one
It might not be for you if you have a one-off injury that needs a course of treatment and then nothing more. We’ll always tell you honestly – sometimes a normal appointment is all you need, and we’ll say so.
HOW IT WORKS
Getting started
1. Join online: set up your £65 monthly Direct Debit through our secure payment provider. Takes about five minutes.
2. We’ll call you: once you’ve joined, we’ll be in touch within 24-48 hours to book your first session with the practitioner of your choice.
3. That’s it: book your session each month, and let us know whenever you need anything in between.
With a monthly maintenance session, you can:

FAQ
Can I choose my physiotherapist? Yes. Your monthly session is with the practitioner of your choice, and we’ll keep you with them for as long as you’d like.
What if I don’t use my session one month? Sessions run monthly and don’t roll over – it’s use-it-or-lose-it, which is what keeps the price where it is. We’ll send you a reminder mid-month if you haven’t booked, so nothing gets forgotten.
Can I cancel? Yes – anytime after your first three months, with 30 days’ notice. No exit fees.
When can I use my free VALD screening? Once you’ve been a member for three months, you’re entitled to one full 60-minute screening a year, at our Grangemouth or Edinburgh clinic. Just ask us to book it in.
Does the 20% discount apply to everything? It applies to all our other treatments and services – sports massage, shockwave, additional physiotherapy, and any extra VALD screenings.
Which clinics can I use? All of them for your monthly sessions. VALD equipment is at our Grangemouth and Edinburgh clinics, so any testing or screening takes place there.
I’m already on Monthly Maintenance – what happens to me? Nothing changes unless you want it to. Speak to us and we’ll talk you through moving to ESP Plus if the extra benefits suit you.
Is there a joining fee? No.
