In the dynamic world of healthcare, growth and improvement are not just encouraged β they are essential. It is with great excitement that we announce that our Flagship Grangemouth physiotherapy clinic is relocating to a new premises in the centre of Grangemouth town at 5 Station Road and will go live from Wednesday the 3rd of January 2024.
The Need for Change
This move is aimed at improving the quality of care we can deliver and add to the overall experience for our valued patients. As a dedicated provider of musculoskeletal physiotherapy services, our commitment to delivering optimal care has driven us to seek an environment that aligns seamlessly with our vision. The decision to move was fueled by a desire to expand the clinic size so that we can accommodate more staff, house new equipment, and create a more comfortable space for our patients.
Whats New?
The new premises boasts a larger reception and waiting area for our administrative team to welcome you. Additionally we have 2 private treatment rooms, where we can deliver Shockwave and other more invasive treatments in absolute privacy. The clinic also has a large open rehab area with additional treatment plinths, and exercise equipment including a Cable Machine, Reverse Hyper and an Inversion Table to name but a few.
The Patient Experience
We understand that a positive patient experience is integral to the recovery process. The new clinic has a relaxed and fresh welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that our patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their physiotherapy journey.
Parking
There is ample free parking at either the Asda car park to the rear of the building, or across in the town precinct car park. For those with more severe mobility issues they can be dropped directly at the door or even park in the street behind the clinic.
Grangemouth Community Connection
Moving to a new location is not just a logistical change; it’s an opportunity to strengthen our ties with the local community. After 7 plus years based at the Rugby Club in Grangemouth we have made real connections with the local community, and we wanted to build on that by staying in Grangemouth. We look forward to engaging with our existing patients and welcoming new ones into our extended family. Community wellness events, educational seminars, and partnerships with local organisations are just a few ways we plan to foster a sense of connection and shared well-being.
Seamless Transition for Patients
We understand that change can be challenging, especially when it comes to healthcare. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for all our patients. We will communicate transparently about the move, including contacting all patients currently subscribed to our mailing list later in December and provide detailed directions to the new clinic including updating the Google business page in due course.
A New Chapter Begins
As we embark on this exciting journey to the new premises, we want to thank everyone at Grangemouth Rugby Club who have been very supportive to us over the years. We also want to thank our friends, colleagues past and present, and most importantly our patients, whose trust and loyalty have been the driving force behind ESP Physio’s growth. The move represents not just a change in location but the beginning of a new chapter in our clinic’s commitment to excellence in physiotherapy care.
