Following the Phase 3 road map announcement from the Scottish Government on the 9th July it has become clear that face to face physiotherapy can begin to operate once again with enhanced measures. Understandably the safety of our staff, and our patients is vital and we have complied with all the governing bodies and 3rd parties by completing thorough risk assessments at each of our clinics.
From the 22nd of July ESP Physio will begin a phased re-opening of each of our physio clinics.
There will be no online booking facility for face to face appointments as we need to screen each patient. Therefore patients requiring face to face appointments should call our Bookings Manager on 01324 227 370 or e-mail us.
The remote physio consultations will continue to operate and these can be booked via the website here
We have made some changes to our normal working practice to comply with the guidelines. Please watch our short video of how things will look when you come back into our clinics.
When you call to arrange an appointment our bookings team will go over the screening process with you, however:
1. Currently, or in the last 7 days, you have experienced any of the following symptoms:
2. In the past 14 days, you or anyone in your household has been in close, unprotected contact with a confirmed or probable case of coronavirus infection?
3. In the past 14 days you have returned from a country outside of the United Kingdom?
4. You or anyone in your household been identified as high risk from coronavirus.
If any of the above do apply, and you are unable to visit the clinic, we can offer a virtual appointment until it is safe for you to attend.
