Cairn Wallace is a Physiotherapist at ESP Physiotherapy. He is a dedicated musculoskeletal (MSK) HCPC registered physiotherapist with a deep-rooted passion for human performance, injury rehabilitation, and long-term health optimisation. His clinical philosophy bridges the gap between sports and everyday health, ensuring that every patient receives an elite standard of care – whether your goal is returning to competitive sport, lifting pain-free, or simply moving better in daily life.
Cairn’s background uniquely combines advanced clinical training with 5 years of dedicated private MSK clinic experience and over a decade of hands-on experience in high-performance strength and conditioning, weightlifting, and bodybuilding. Having also spent over seven years embedded in top-tier amateur Scottish rugby—including four years with the Women’s Premiership winners Stirling County and three years with Watsonians (Men’s Premiership & Super Series), continuing as Lead Physiotherapist Cairn understands exactly what it takes to manage complex injuries under pressure and return individuals to peak condition.
Cairn applies this exact same rigor, attention to detail, and passion to the general population in the private clinic. He believes that physiotherapy is not just about fixing a current injury, but about building resilient habits, improving movement efficiencies, and optimising your overall health so you can thrive long after leaving the clinic.
