From the 9th June Olivia will be running a Pilates class from Grangemouth rugby club on a Thursday morning.
The classes will be 45 minutes long, running in six week blocks.
Pilates is predominantly a mat-based strengthening class which focuses on hip and core strength along with core control.
It can help with conditions involving the lower back and hips but also targets every area of the body with the variety of exercises/adaptations.
Should you want to come along and give it a try, you will only require a Pilates/Yoga mat and Olivia will complete an introduction with you prior to starting.
