Rachel completed her BSc Physiology and Sports Science at the University of Glasgow in 2018 before moving on to study for her MSc Physiotherapy in 2020. During her studies she completed her personal training, pitchside first aid and sports massage qualifications, allowing her to gain a variety of experience working within different sports as well as with the general population.

Alongside ESP, Rachel currently works as the Company Physiotherapist at Scottish Ballet. In this role, she provides prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation of injuries alongside implementing baseline testing and strength and conditioning programs.

Rachel has a background in dance and gymnastics, both as a participant and teacher/coach. She now enjoys pushing her physical and mental capabilities in the Crossfit gym.
